So, it occurred to me a long time ago that there was way too much testosterone in the Rock/Metal music industry. Thinking to myself, I wonder if there are any decent chick rockers? With that simple thought, off I was to hunt for the estrogen rock that seemingly had more balls in that one voice than most all male bands that were getting signed to major record companies.
Now, I’ve had quite a bit of time to gather this collection of worthy hotties. I’m quite a picky girl when it comes to admitting another woman is hot and or sexy. So, to the ladies…be prepared to either question your true sexuality or envy these women. Well, there they are. Did you have fun looking at the lovely women of rock/metal? I know it was fun looking for them. Keep in mind this is only my personal list of wonderful female vocalists. Your list may be completely different. So, I encourage you to let me know who you would have listed, or who you feel I may have missed. All the women here are fantastic singers, so please have a listen to every single one if you haven’t already.

Hello some of these people havent even hear off but i think this list is wrong Sharon is best follow by Christine Sabine Tarja n Liv Kristine then evenescense and others doesnt anyone remember Tarja lol and what she has done for Nightwish and her solo album rules take care talk soon
Thanks for the input, Matt. I say again, this is just my personal opinion. Our lists are obviously different, which is cool. My boyfriend has a liking for Tarja as well ^_^…If you havent heard of most of these ladies, seriously look them up.

Nightwish, Lacuna Coil, Within Temptation and Epica are all AMAZING bands. And don't forget that the chicks are amazing too =] Some others would be Emilie Autumn, Jennifer Parkinson (Ayria), Chibi (The Birthday Massacre), Nell Sigland (Theatre of Tragedy), the girls from The Cruxshadows, Jessicka (Jack Off Jill and Scarling) and the girl from Helalyn Flowers who's name I can't remember for the life of me... The options are plentiful yet rarely paid attention to. Awesome hub, keep up the good work!
